  1. In 1971, my brother and I had a 61 Ford Falcon Wagon that we drove while in highschool, we put curtains on the windows which was known as the make out wagon at the Drive-in theater.

  2. I run the car maintenance Youtube channel in Korea. I’m always learning such a great ideas on your channel. I hope we have a chance to be together. Thank you.

    1. How many old school American muscle cars are in South Korea? I’ve been to the country a number of times I don’t ever recall seeing any old muscle American cars did see a couple of Camaros and Mustangs of the modern era

  3. MacPherson college & the students are to be commended for their efforts. Young guy’s enthused & passionate about their trade! The ’62 has found a great home!thx once again to Hagerty & Tom.

    1. Yep. BTW, the cow at the ending is one of just a few descendants left from the original cows who used to roam the streets of McPherson many years ago. 🙂

Also BTW, the down-votes are jealous guys wishing THEY owned this vehicle.

    1. FTBY59 Mike D That guy sure wanted the keys! Watch his hands & his eyes. I get the feeling he parties with them. Why’d they give that car to them anyways? I had the impression the school didn’t have any old cool cars to go get parts in. They clearly don’t need the car lol.

    1. Hello Bruce,
Also the name of a western outlaw gang lead by Jesse (not the ex-Mr. Sandra Bullock) and the betraying brother Frank.

  4. So nice to see some sensible, down to earth young people, instead of the swivel-eyed lunatics that seem to infest so much of academia. There is hope for western civilisation.

    1. This is the Heartland of America. These people have a love for America that the west coast and east of I-95 folks don’t understand.

    2. @Del Holford
They’ve got gangster lowriders that bounce to the west…
Gangster Honda civics on the ground to the east…
Gangster G bodies in the sky to the South…
And gangster moose in the woods up North…

So I don’t know what you’re talking about.

    3. @PAKTRA PRODUCTIONS I was referring to Ian’s comment, not to the cars. The cars were interesting and so were the students who were pretty articulate.

Tom Cotter lives in the same metro area I do. He’s a great car guy with a job people like me envy.

    4. @Del Holford oh 😣
I took it as you were saying that only in this place, understandably would have the majority of automotive enthusiasts.

  5. Great cause, great gift to a wonderful school. All those student projects look fun and very real. I wish them all the best…

  6. I live 20 miles from McPherson and believe me we are all proud of the College restoration program. Glad to see the car go to them.

  7. Tom you are by far one of the most generous person out there and lets not forget everyone who made this possible …….one in particular the gentleman who owned this wagon .in Midland ,Tx
