He meant it in the last video clip, but now Davin can reveal the news of moving right into a brand-new shop. The Redline Rebuild jobs as well as passions just outgrew the single-stall garage that had served us so well for just over 2 years. When the opportunity came near move right into a shop with more flooring space, we couldn't pass it up.

beautiful shop, i really like the separation of dirty room, clean room and car workshop.
congrats!
Theyโre going to need more Davins.
Been looking for cloning how-to videos on YouTube. No luck, yet!
@Hagerty LOL!
please not, Davin has the right combination of skills and camera appeal. We don’t need another workshop reality dramady of guys bickering and throwing wrenches at each other.
Varmint243 DaveV , I meant literally, more Davins. ๐
@Varmint243 DaveV Would Davin get along with himself?, That is the question !!
The 3 Doors Down part killed me. Give that editor a bonus
Me too! Hilarious ๐ ๐
Super sharp! Ten points
Looks good Davin, a place for everything and everything in it`s place. Love seeing the `50 Chevy running and back on the road. Love the redline rebuild series, such cool vehicles. Quite the setup, should be way more productive. Keep up the good work, wish I could work with you. This 62yr old shadetree wrencher is a bit jealous..lol, I have worked on my own junk since I was 16 on my back, no lift, just to keep it running. My daily is a `91 Silverado with 300,000 on the clock and still going. Stay safe, God Bless.
Those sound absorbers on the walls make me so happy. Really nice shop!
Are you going to set up the SUN MACHINE??
‘we’re treating them well…it’s air coniditioned’ haha, someone has to print that on a t-shirt
Good to see Snowballs car getting some attention, Hope you can get ti done soon, I remember watching this thing race many years ago, Also good friend of Snowballs
Is that an antique engine analyzer next to the VW Beetle? Is it functional?
Well, that is really cool. I’ll bet there are going to be some great videos coming out of those little editor cells. Stop! Don’t drive that Model A. If it isn’t dripping the crankcase is probably empty. Thanks for the update.

Hagerty what state are you guys located in
We’re located in Michigan!
@Hagerty Any chance your shop could be a “destination stop” for some of the car clubs in your area?
Having space makes such a difference- I went from a 2 car garage to a 2000 sq ft area, and you can get so much more stuff done with less hassle.
Also suggest a few big dry erase whiteboards on the walls… one for parts to order, stuff to do, etc for each vehicle. Then stuff doesn’t go missing, get forgotten etc and makes things smoother running.
That “stock car” is intriguing!
New space looks amazing. Nothing beats having additional space to have even more messy areas you don’t want to clean ๐
At age 62 and recently retired, that is the kind of shop Iโve always wanted to work at.
Nice upgrade!!!!
Your Jukeboxes are a Seeburg M-100B from 1951 and a Seeburg HF100R from 1954, nice workshop
Thanks, Davin. You’ve found a nice balance between technical info and the sheer entertainment of watching parts go together. Hagerty has become a go-to channel and I’m looking forward to future projects.
Nice! Who wouldnโt love a garage like that! I noticed stairs going up, what do you have up there? ๐
gotta store the beer somewhere
Film equipment he said.
Mark Bremmer Thanks missed that.
Love the channel and I hope this new facility adds to the quality of the stuff you guys turn out. Working in television I would have loved to have seen some of he edit facility. Perhaps one day!
Davin is probably my favourite automotive presenter on YT. He is the reason I watch Hagerty. Excellent work, looking forward to all of his future projects.
